Before you start
Who can register as a bidder?
Individuals and organizations with a valid identification or registration document. The bureau checks and approves each account before you can request tender documents.
How do I pay for a bid document?
Pay the document fee through the bank or payment channels shown for your round, then upload your receipt and reference number for staff to verify. The CPO bid security is not paid online: enclose the original in your sealed envelope.
What do I do with my bid document?
Download it once payment is approved, print it out, fill in your advance payment percentage, offered price per square meter, and CPO details by hand, sign, seal, and submit before the deadline.
Can anyone see my offer before opening day?
No. Before the opening session, the public and portal see only parcel specifications. The number of bids, prices and bidder names appear only after staff commence the official public opening.
